Barr. Martin A. Akpaka

Barrister Martin Akpaka is a practicing Corporate Attorney based in Lagos, Nigeria. He has a consuming passion for the correction, rehabilitation and re-establishment of wobbling and dysfunctional lives. He loves directing and mentoring young persons seeking guidance for life. He also loves giving appropriate and affordable helps in deserving cases including legal assistance. He is also volunteer counselor and is happily married with children. He is the Founding President of CCHD.

 

 

 

Professor Greg Uche

Prof. Greg Uche

Professor Greg Uche is a Professor of Research Methodologies at Walden University, USA. He holds a Ph.D in Correctional Education from the University of Hull, England. He is also a Professional member of Correctional Education Association, U.K. He has mentored several hitherto rudderless folks into purposeful life in several parts of Nigeria, Europe and the USA and is always willing to let people tap from his wealth of experience. He is also the Principal Consultant with GREXTAR CONSULTING, Houston, USA.

 

 

Pastor Patrick Ogbuagu

Pastor Patrick Ogbuagu

Pastor Patrick Ogbuagu is a Pastor with the heart for troubled souls. He is always willing to listen to people’s problems and to offer sincere helps. Pastor Ogbuagu was until recently of the Central Bank of Nigeria where he served for several years. He is presently Pastor in charge of Administration with Glory Christian Ministries and also a very respected and notable community leader in Nkporo, Ohafia. Pastor Ogbuagu is a bible teacher who preaches the gospel with apostolic candour and broods no unwarranted mix-up of the raw word of God as is divinely impressed on his heart and as rendered in the scriptures unadulterated. He holds a B.Sc degree in Public Administration from the Delta State University, a Diploma in Chaplaincy from the International Institute of Christian Education and degrees in Theology from Faith Christian Theological Seminary, Ota, Ogun State.   He is also a certified Christian Counsellor.  Pastor Ogbuagu is a father with a heart of milk and a personification of integrity.  

 

Mr. Robison Udi

Mr. Robison Udi

Robinson Udi is a down to earth Bible teacher, Author, Writer and magnificent Motivator. He has the gift of lifting up the faith of anyone who comes around him. Mr. Robinson Udi holds a B.Sc (Hons) in Psychology and is a media practitioner. He is also engaged in Advertising and Public Relations activities having cut his Advertising teeth in some reputable advertising firms in Nigeria, such as Conwells Advertising. He later co-founded Sum Communications Ltd (the publishers of Good Times Magazines) where he was the CEO and Editorial Director. He is presently the Chief of Concepts at GRIPLES, Ikoyi, Lagos.

 

Mrs. Obioma Evelyn Agoziem

Mrs. Obioma Evelyn Agoziem

Obioma Evelyn Agoziem (Mrs.) is the Executive Director of Centre for Corrections and Human Development (CCHD), a humanitarian, non-sectarian, non-profit and non-governmental organization, established in 2012. CCHD is dedicated to the enhancement of quality of life generally with special focus on youth development. The organisation takes special interest in the redirection and reorientation of socially deviated or mal-adjusted youths. She works directly with victims of human trafficking, commercial sex workers, drug addicts, unlawfully detained prisoners and individuals with dysfunctional lives through counselling, mentoring, rehabilitation, education and skill empowerment.

A trained educationist, Obioma Evelyn Agoziem holds a B.Sc. (ED.) in Education/Economics from Abia State University Uturu, Abia State of Nigeria. She is also a marketing and public relations specialist with a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA), specializing in marketing, from the University of Calabar, Nigeria. She is a passionate trainer, Bible teacher and certified Christian Counsellor engaged in mentoring and life coaching. She is an associate member of Nigerian Institute of Management and holds a certificate in Christian counselling from the Canadian Institute of Christian Counselling.

She has over 22 years working experience in various aspects of human relations. She was in First Alliance Pensions and Benefits now ARM Pensions as Customer Relations Administrator before she left to found CCHD. She organizes outreaches/programmes and visitations to schools and brothels. She organizes awareness campaigns in various secondary schools and tertiary institutions where she sensitizes the students and other stake holders on the dangers and implications of human trafficking, and to brothels where she discourages commercial sex workers from continuing in prostitution and social vices and helps them to explore other viable means of livelihood.

Mrs. Obioma Agoziem is an avid conference organizer and conducts workshops and seminars on human development issues including youth empowerment, child abuse/child’s right, drug addiction, unlawful detention and rehabilitation.

She is presently developing a full serviced rehabilitation centre at Igbokuta on the outskirts of Ikorodu, Lagos dedicated to the re-training and rehabilitation of socially deviated and needy young girls.

Apart from her commitment as a Christian Worker, a trainer and a bible teacher, Obioma is the current Secretary of Child Protection Network (CPN), Surulere Chapter, and a crusader against human and organ trafficking. She has a knack for motivating and turning around the fortunes of the dejected and oppressed persons.

She is married with five children.
